Responsibility

  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve revenue targets for the Jakarta area.
  • Identify, onboard, and nurture relationships with new IT hardware distributors and enterprise resellers.
  • Conduct regular market analysis to stay ahead of competitor activities and industry trends.
  • Monitor and manage inventory levels and product mix at the channel partner level.
  • Provide training and product demonstrations to partners to ensure sales team competency.
  • Prepare regular sales forecasts, budget reports, and performance updates for regional management.
  • Coordinate with marketing teams to implement localized sales promotions and campaigns.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in IT hardware sales or channel management.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding aggressive sales targets.
  • Strong understanding of the Indonesian IT distribution landscape and channel ecosystem.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in both Indonesian and English.
  • Self-motivated professional with the ability to manage time effectively in a field-based role.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint).
