Responsibility
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve revenue targets for the Jakarta area.
- Identify, onboard, and nurture relationships with new IT hardware distributors and enterprise resellers.
- Conduct regular market analysis to stay ahead of competitor activities and industry trends.
- Monitor and manage inventory levels and product mix at the channel partner level.
- Provide training and product demonstrations to partners to ensure sales team competency.
- Prepare regular sales forecasts, budget reports, and performance updates for regional management.
- Coordinate with marketing teams to implement localized sales promotions and campaigns.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in IT hardware sales or channel management.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding aggressive sales targets.
- Strong understanding of the Indonesian IT distribution landscape and channel ecosystem.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in both Indonesian and English.
- Self-motivated professional with the ability to manage time effectively in a field-based role.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint).
