Responsibility
- Manage, supervise, and lead a team of sales promoters in the Padang area to ensure daily, weekly, and monthly targets are met.
- Develop and implement local market sales strategies to drive user growth and merchant acquisition.
- Monitor and analyze field sales performance data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Provide regular coaching, training, and performance feedback to sales promoters to ensure service excellence.
- Conduct regular field visits to maintain standards, gather market intelligence, and strengthen relationships with key merchant partners.
- Prepare comprehensive sales reports and presentations for management, highlighting performance metrics and market insights.
- Ensure full compliance with Kredivo’s operational guidelines and internal policies across all sales activities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field from an accredited institution.
- Minimum 3-5 years of proven experience in sales leadership, field sales, or trade marketing, preferably within the fintech, banking, or retail industries.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage diverse teams of field staff.
- Excellent analytical skills, with a track record of using data to drive sales results and solve operational challenges.
- Deep understanding of the local market landscape in Padang and surrounding areas.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain professional relationships with stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint) and reporting software.
