Responsibility
- Maintain and update financial and charge-out data in internal systems to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
- Conduct regular audits of pricing structures and data entries to identify discrepancies or errors.
- Collaborate with finance, sales, and operations teams to validate and reconcile financial records.
- Develop and implement data validation processes to improve system integrity and reduce manual errors.
- Generate comprehensive reports on pricing trends, revenue performance, and data anomalies for management review.
- Analyze large datasets to identify patterns, inconsistencies, and opportunities for process optimization.
- Support the month-end and year-end closing processes by ensuring all financial data is accurate and up-to-date.
- Assist in the development and maintenance of documentation for financial procedures and data management protocols.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in financial analysis, data management, or accounts receivable.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced functions, pivot tables, VLOOKUP) and financial software.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and generate actionable insights.
- Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining data accuracy and integrity.
- Effective communication skills, with the ability to present findings clearly to stakeholders.
- Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid team environment.
