As an Application Development Consultant, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement Kingdee's cutting-edge cloud ERP and management solutions. You will serve as a technical bridge, ensuring that our software not only meets immediate functional needs but also scales effectively to support our clients' long-term growth and innovation goals. Responsibility
- Design and implement customized software solutions based on the Kingdee enterprise platform.
- Conduct detailed business requirement analysis to architect technical specifications that align with client goals.
- Collaborate with internal project managers and stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of ERP modules.
- Provide technical guidance and troubleshooting support during the implementation lifecycle.
- Configure, test, and debug applications to ensure high performance and system reliability.
- Facilitate user training and provide post-deployment support to ensure successful system adoption.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of system architecture, workflows, and customization protocols.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of professional experience in software application development or technical consulting.
- Proven track record of working with ERP systems, cloud-based architectures, or enterprise-level software.
- Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Java, C#, or similar enterprise-grade technologies.
- Experience with SQL and database management systems (Oracle, SQL Server, or MySQL).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a result-oriented mindset.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Mandarin is a significant advantage given our global product ecosystem.
