Responsibility

  • Create and localize content (product listings, ads, emails) in Mandarin to enhance user engagement and conversions.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance metrics (CTR, ROI, conversion rates) and provide actionable insights for improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (design, sales, analytics) to align digital initiatives with business goals.
  • Stay updated on digital trends in e-commerce, particularly in Mandarin-speaking regions (China, Taiwan, Singapore).
  • Conduct competitor analysis and identify opportunities to outperform rivals in digital channels.

Qualifications
