Responsibility
- Manage and optimize Amazon seller accounts to maximize sales and profitability.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve product rankings, visibility, and conversion rates.
- Monitor and analyze key performance metrics, providing actionable insights to drive growth.
- Coordinate with supply chain and logistics teams to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
- Resolve customer inquiries and issues promptly to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Stay updated with Amazon's policies, algorithms, and best practices to ensure compliance and competitive advantage.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to create and execute promotional campaigns and advertising strategies.
- Prepare regular reports on account performance, trends, and recommendations for improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, E-commerce, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an Amazon Account Specialist or similar role, with a strong understanding of Amazon Seller Central.
- In-depth knowledge of Amazon SEO, PPC advertising, and inventory management.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with internal teams and external partners.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and efficiency in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with e-commerce tools and platforms is a plus.
