Responsibility
- Serve as the primary technical liaison for educational institutions, ensuring smooth AI solution implementation and adoption.
- Conduct needs assessments and tailor AI strategies to align with institutional goals and pedagogical frameworks.
- Provide hands-on training, workshops, and ongoing support to educators and administrative staff.
- Monitor AI system performance, troubleshoot issues, and proactively recommend enhancements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather feedback and drive product improvements.
- Develop and deliver reports on AI adoption metrics, impact on learning outcomes, and ROI for stakeholders.
- Stay abreast of emerging AI trends in education and advocate for innovative use cases.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers to ensure long-term partnership success.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Education Technology, or a related field. Advanced degrees preferred.
- Proven experience in technical support, customer success, or consulting within the education sector.
- Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts and their applications in educational settings.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Experience with learning management systems (LMS), educational software, or EdTech platforms.
- Problem-solving mindset with a track record of driving customer satisfaction and retention.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Indonesian is a plus.
