Responsibility
- Lead the end-to-end delivery of AI and Machine Learning products, ensuring they meet quality standards and business requirements.
- Act as the primary interface between technical engineering teams and non-technical client stakeholders to translate business needs into technical specifications.
- Manage project roadmaps, resource allocation, and sprint planning within an Agile/Scrum framework.
- Identify and mitigate technical risks and dependencies throughout the AI model development and deployment lifecycle.
- Collaborate with Data Scientists and MLOps engineers to ensure AI models are robust, scalable, and ethically aligned.
- Support pre-sales activities, providing subject matter expertise during client pitches and proposal development.
- Monitor product performance metrics and drive iterative improvements post-deployment.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in product management, technical project management, or AI delivery roles.
- Deep understanding of the AI/ML ecosystem, including MLOps principles, LLMs, and Generative AI frameworks.
- Proven track record of delivering enterprise-level technology solutions in a consulting or high-growth corporate environment.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence C-suite or senior client leadership.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to overcoming complex technical roadblocks.
- Experience with Agile delivery tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence) and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
