Responsibility
- Manage full-cycle bookkeeping using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, or automation software) to process transactions, reconcile accounts, and generate reports.
- Develop and implement AI-driven workflows to reduce manual data entry and improve accuracy in financial records.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of AI solutions into existing accounting systems.
- Monitor financial data for discrepancies, using AI analytics to identify trends, anomalies, or cost-saving opportunities.
- Prepare and file tax documents, ensuring compliance with local and international regulations through AI-assisted validation.
- Train and support team members on adopting AI tools for bookkeeping tasks, fostering a culture of innovation.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of AI advancements in finance and recommend tools to enhance productivity.

Qualifications
- Proven 3+ years of experience in end-to-end bookkeeping, with a strong foundation in accounting principles (GAAP/IFRS).
- Hands-on experience using AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or automation platforms) for financial tasks.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, or Zoho Books) and advanced Excel/Google Sheets.
- Bachelorâs degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA or equivalent certification is a plus.
- Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to interpret AI-generated financial data and provide actionable insights.
