Responsibility
- Research, evaluate, and implement AI-powered tools and platforms to enhance marketing operations and productivity.
- Design and deploy automation workflows to streamline repetitive tasks, such as campaign management, reporting, and data analysis.
- Train and onboard marketing teams on AI adoption, ensuring smooth integration and maximum utilization of new technologies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including U.S. leadership, to align AI initiatives with global marketing strategies and business objectives.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of AI-driven processes, identifying opportunities for optimization and scalability.
- Develop documentation, best practices, and training materials to support AI tool adoption across the organization.
- Stay ahead of industry trends in AI, marketing automation, and productivity tools to recommend innovative solutions.
- Troubleshoot technical issues related to AI tools and automation workflows, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Marketing, Business, Computer Science, or a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications in AI/ML are a plus.
- Proven experience (3+ years) in marketing operations, automation, or a similar role, with a strong understanding of AI applications in marketing.
- Hands-on experience with AI tools (e.g., generative AI, chatbots, predictive analytics) and marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Zapier).
- Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Tableau, Power BI) to measure the impact of AI initiatives.
- Excellent communication and training skills, with the ability to explain complex AI concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to identifying inefficiencies and implementing solutions.
- Experience working in a global or remote team environment, with the ability to collaborate across time zones.
- Familiarity with agile methodologies and project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, Jira) is a plus.
