Responsibility
- Assist in planning and coordinating AI-themed events, webinars, and workshops.
- Support digital marketing efforts, including social media campaigns and email outreach.
- Liaise with speakers, sponsors, and attendees to ensure smooth event execution.
- Help create engaging content for event promotions, including blog posts and social media updates.
- Conduct research on AI trends and industry best practices to enhance event strategies.
- Assist in logistics, including venue setup, registration, and post-event follow-ups.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to analyze event performance and gather feedback.
- Contribute to brainstorming sessions for future AI event concepts and initiatives.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Strong interest in AI, technology, and event management.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and social media platforms.
- Creative thinker with a proactive and detail-oriented approach.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience in event planning or digital marketing is a plus.
- Familiarity with AI tools or platforms is an advantage.
