Responsibility
- Develop and implement AI-powered content strategies to enhance brand messaging and audience engagement.
- Automate repetitive content tasks (e.g., social media posts, email campaigns) using tools like Jasper, Copy.ai, or custom scripts.
- Optimize content for SEO and conversion using AI-driven insights and A/B testing.
- Collaborate with marketing, design, and product teams to align content with business goals.
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics (e.g., CTR, engagement rates) to refine automation workflows.
- Stay ahead of AI and MarTech trends, evaluating new tools for efficiency gains.
- Create and curate multimedia content (text, video, graphics) with AI assistance.
- Ensure content compliance with brand guidelines and regulatory standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience in content creation, digital marketing, or automation (1-3 years preferred).
- Hands-on experience with AI content tools (e.g., MidJourney, SurferSEO, Zapier).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset.
- Proficiency in English (written and verbal) with exceptional copywriting abilities.
- Familiarity with HTML/CSS, Python, or no-code automation is a plus.
