Responsibility
- Design, develop, and implement AI-driven automation solutions to optimize business processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify automation opportunities and integrate AI technologies.
- Build and maintain scalable automation workflows using tools like Python, RPA (Robotic Process Automation), and AI frameworks.
- Analyze data to train and refine machine learning models for predictive and prescriptive automation.
- Monitor and troubleshoot automated systems to ensure reliability and performance.
- Document technical specifications, workflows, and best practices for AI automation.
- Stay updated with emerging AI and automation trends to recommend innovative solutions.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers and team members.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, AI, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience in AI development, automation, or software engineering.
- Proficiency in Python, machine learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch), and RPA tools (e.g., UiPath, Automation Anywhere).
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Experience with data analysis, NLP, or computer vision is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a remote or hybrid team.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and API integrations.
