Are you a detail-oriented professional with a passion for operational excellence? Indomobil Prima Niaga is seeking an Aftersales Standardization and Development Specialist to join our dynamic team in Jakarta Timur. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in shaping our service standards, ensuring that our aftersales operations run with maximum efficiency and quality.

You will be responsible for bridge-building between strategic planning and day-to-day operational execution. By developing robust SOPs and implementing rigorous internal audit mechanisms, you will ensure our service centers maintain the highest standards of excellence that our customers expect. Responsibility

  • Design, draft, and refine comprehensive Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for all aftersales service departments.
  • Monitor the end-to-end implementation of SOPs across branches to ensure 100% compliance.
  • Conduct regular internal audits to identify operational bottlenecks and areas for process improvement.
  • Provide training and guidance to branch staff regarding updated service protocols and standardization initiatives.
  • Collaborate with department heads to resolve recurring issues and streamline service workflows.
  • Analyze aftersales performance metrics to develop actionable strategies for operational development.
  • Prepare detailed audit reports and progress updates for senior management.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1-3 years of experience in aftersales operations, quality assurance, or process improvement.
  • Deep understanding of automotive aftersales service environments and industry best practices.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draft clear, concise technical documentation.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel and PowerPoint).
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high service quality standards.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively across different levels of the organization.
  • Willingness to conduct field visits or site audits as required by the business.
