Responsibility
- Develop and execute affiliate marketing strategies to recruit, onboard, and retain high-performing affiliates and creators on TikTok Shop and Shopee.
- Monitor and analyze affiliate performance metrics (CTR, conversion rates, ROI) to optimize campaigns and maximize GMV.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key affiliates, influencers, and marketplace partners to drive brand visibility and sales.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, sales, product) to align affiliate initiatives with broader business goals.
- Create compelling promotional content, incentives, and exclusive offers to motivate affiliates and boost engagement.
- Track industry trends, competitor activities, and platform updates to identify new opportunities for growth.
- Prepare regular reports on affiliate program performance, including revenue, traffic, and KPIs, for stakeholders.
- Troubleshoot and resolve affiliate-related issues, ensuring smooth operations and partner satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in affiliate marketing, e-commerce, or digital marketplace management (preferably with TikTok Shop or Shopee).
- Proven track record of driving GMV growth through affiliate or influencer partnerships.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Google Analytics, Excel, or similar tools to interpret performance data.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills to build and sustain partner relationships.
- Familiarity with SEO, SEM, and social media marketing best practices.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English and Indonesian is a plus.
