Are you a data-driven affiliate marketing expert with a passion for TikTok and e-commerce growth? PT Internusa Terus Jaya (Kleaner Indonesia) is seeking a dynamic Affiliate Marketing Specialist to join our team in Bali. In this role, you'll spearhead our creator recruitment strategy, optimize TikTok and Shopee Shop performance, and drive GMV growth through innovative affiliate partnerships.

Responsibility
- Develop and execute affiliate recruitment strategies targeting high-performing TikTok creators and Shopee sellers
- Manage end-to-end affiliate partnerships, from onboarding to performance optimization
- Analyze GMV data and campaign metrics to identify growth opportunities
- Create compelling affiliate marketing materials and promotional campaigns
- Monitor competitor affiliate programs and industry trends
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align affiliate strategies with overall marketing goals
- Prepare regular performance reports and ROI analyses for management
- Stay current with TikTok algorithm changes and Shopee marketplace updates
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in affiliate marketing, preferably in e-commerce
- Proven track record of recruiting and managing creator partnerships
- Strong analytical skills with experience in GMV analysis and performance tracking
- Familiarity with TikTok Creator Marketplace and Shopee Affiliate Program
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia preferred
