Responsibility
- Identify, research, and recruit high-potential affiliates and influencers to promote our products/services.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new affiliates to maximize engagement and performance.
- Negotiate commission structures, incentives, and terms with affiliates to ensure mutually beneficial partnerships.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling promotional materials and campaigns tailored for affiliates.
- Monitor affiliate performance, track KPIs, and provide regular reports to management on program effectiveness.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor strategies, and emerging platforms to optimize affiliate acquisition efforts.
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and gaps in our affiliate network.
- Work closely with the sales and product teams to align affiliate strategies with overall business objectives.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in affiliate marketing, digital marketing, or business development.
- Proven track record of successfully recruiting and managing affiliates or partnerships.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships.
- Familiarity with affiliate networks, tracking tools (e.g., Post Affiliate Pro, Refersion), and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics).
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze performance metrics and optimize strategies accordingly.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently in a remote or hybrid setting.
- Fluency in English (written and verbal) is a must; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
- Experience working in the digital marketing, e-commerce, or SaaS industries is highly desirable.
