Responsibility
- Assist the Supervisor in managing invoices and processing payments.
- Prepare and maintain documentation for plant permits and licenses.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely completion of administrative tasks.
- Organize and update company records, both digital and physical.
- Handle correspondence, including emails and official letters.
- Schedule meetings and appointments for the management team.
- Monitor office supplies and place orders as needed.
- Provide general administrative support to ensure smooth office operations.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in administration is a plus.
- Proven experience in an administrative or office support role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
