Responsibility
- Monitor and report on departmental accomplishments, ensuring alignment with company goals and head office requirements.
- Conduct regular site visits to construction and property locations to address operational concerns and ensure compliance with standards.
- Supervise administrative staff, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations to maintain high productivity.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams (e.g., construction, property management, finance) to streamline workflows and resolve interdepartmental issues.
- Develop and implement administrative policies, procedures, and systems to improve efficiency and accuracy.
- Prepare comprehensive reports, presentations, and documentation for senior management and stakeholders.
- Oversee budget tracking, expense management, and resource allocation for administrative functions.
- Act as the primary liaison between on-site teams and the head office, ensuring clear and timely communication.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field. Real estate or property management certification is a plus.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in administrative supervision, preferably in real estate, construction, or property management.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in Indonesian is advantageous.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and administrative software/tools.
- Analytical mindset with problem-solving skills to address operational challenges.
- Ability to travel frequently to site offices across Bali as needed.
