Responsibility
- Supervise and coordinate daily distribution, administrative, and fleet operations to ensure efficiency and compliance.
- Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) for streamlined workflows and resource optimization.
- Monitor and evaluate performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and cost-saving opportunities.
- Liaise with vendors, clients, and internal teams to resolve operational challenges and maintain service quality.
- Oversee inventory management, documentation, and reporting to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
- Lead, train, and mentor administrative and logistics staff to foster a high-performance culture.
- Ensure adherence to safety, legal, and company policies across all operational activities.
- Prepare and present regular reports on operational performance, budgets, and strategic recommendations to senior management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in administrative supervision, distribution, or fleet management.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate teams effectively.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to optimize processes and resolve operational issues.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and experience with ERP or logistics management software is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
- Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws, safety regulations, and industry best practices.
- Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities in a dynamic environment.
