Responsibility

  • Manage daily administrative tasks, including filing, documentation, and record-keeping to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for staff and management.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, letters, and phone calls, with professionalism and timeliness.
  • Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other business documents as required by various departments.
  • Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders to ensure adequate stock levels.
  • Support HR functions, such as onboarding new employees, maintaining personnel records, and assisting with payroll preparation.

Qualifications
