Responsibility
- Manage daily administrative tasks, including filing, documentation, and record-keeping to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for staff and management.
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, letters, and phone calls, with professionalism and timeliness.
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other business documents as required by various departments.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders to ensure adequate stock levels.
- Support HR functions, such as onboarding new employees, maintaining personnel records, and assisting with payroll preparation.
- Collaborate with team members to streamline office processes and improve overall productivity.
- Provide general support to visitors and clients, ensuring a positive and professional experience.
Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor’s degree in Administration, Business, or a related field is a plus.
- Proven experience in an administrative role or similar position, with a strong understanding of office procedures.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with office equipment.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in data entry and documentation.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
