Responsibility

  • Manage and organize office documents, records, and correspondence to ensure efficient retrieval and compliance with company policies.
  • Coordinate with various departments to facilitate smooth communication and workflow, including scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and tracking deadlines.
  • Assist in the preparation of presentations, spreadsheets, and other administrative materials for management and team meetings.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including emails, phone calls, and memos, with professionalism and accuracy.
  • Maintain office supplies inventory, place orders as needed, and ensure the workspace is well-stocked and organized.
  • Support HR functions such as onboarding new employees, maintaining personnel files, and assisting with payroll-related tasks.
  • Provide general administrative support to store management, including data entry, filing, and assisting with special projects.
  • Ensure confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive information and company data.

Qualifications

  • A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in an administrative or office support role, preferably in a retail or corporate environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with office equipment such as printers, scanners, and fax machines.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks, with a proactive and problem-solving mindset.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, with a positive and professional attitude.
  • Experience with basic bookkeeping or payroll support is an advantage but not required.
