Responsibility
- Manage and update company databases, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
- Process and organize physical and digital files, maintaining a systematic archiving system.
- Prepare and distribute internal reports, summaries, and documentation on a regular basis.
- Coordinate with different departments to gather information and compile comprehensive records.
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, letters, and official documents.
- Assist in the preparation of meeting agendas, minutes, and follow-up actions.
- Monitor office supplies inventory and place orders as needed to ensure uninterrupted operations.
- Provide administrative support to senior staff, including scheduling, travel arrangements, and expense reporting.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in administrative, clerical, or office support roles.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and data entry software.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data management and reporting.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
