Responsibility
- Coordinate with Production and Quality Control teams to manage the receipt and transfer of items.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation for all administrative processes.
- Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and correspondence.
- Manage office supplies and ensure the availability of necessary resources.
- Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including emails, calls, and mail.
- Support the scheduling and organization of meetings and events.
- Assist in the onboarding process for new employees.
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably in a corporate setting.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
