Responsibility
- Assist the sales team with data entry, client documentation, and record-keeping to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
- Manage and organize customer inquiries, orders, and follow-ups via email, phone, or CRM systems.
- Prepare and process sales reports, invoices, and administrative documents in a timely manner.
- Coordinate with internal departments to streamline workflows and improve operational processes.
- Support the preparation of presentations, proposals, and sales materials for client meetings.
- Maintain an organized filing system for contracts, agreements, and other business documents.
- Assist in scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements for the sales team.
- Contribute to market research and competitor analysis to support sales strategies.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a Business, Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (Bahasa Indonesia is a plus).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and basic CRM tools.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-motivated with a proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work part-time (20-30 hours per week) with flexibility for occasional overtime.
- Prior experience in administrative, sales support, or customer service is advantageous but not required.
- Familiarity with Baliās business landscape is a plus.
