Responsibility
- Manage and coordinate daily administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and documentation to ensure operational efficiency.
- Provide comprehensive sales support by processing orders, preparing quotes, and maintaining accurate customer records.
- Liaise with internal teams (e.g., marketing, logistics) to streamline workflows and resolve inquiries promptly.
- Assist in preparing sales reports, presentations, and other business documents to support decision-making.
- Handle customer and vendor communications professionally, ensuring timely and courteous responses.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the supply chain team to ensure product availability.
- Organize and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for the sales team.
- Contribute to process improvements by identifying inefficiencies and proposing solutions.
Qualifications
- Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience (1-3 years) in administrative support, sales coordination, or customer service, preferably in the health/wellness or FMCG industry.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in Indonesian is a plus.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities with a keen eye for detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM/ERP systems.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
