Responsibility

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the property management team, including document preparation, filing, and record-keeping.
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings, inspections, and maintenance activities for managed properties.
  • Prepare and distribute reports, minutes of meetings, and correspondence related to property operations.
  • Liaise with residents, vendors, and government agencies to ensure compliance with regulations and company policies.
  • Manage and update property databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality of all records.
  • Assist in budget preparation and tracking of expenses for property maintenance and operations.
  • Handle inquiries and complaints from residents, providing timely and professional responses.
  • Support the implementation of MCST (Management Corporation Strata Title) guidelines and procedures.

Qualifications

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Property Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in administrative roles, preferably in property management or real estate.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and property management software.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with MCST regulations and strata management practices is a plus.
