As an Administrative Officer II, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring smooth operational workflows, managing administrative processes, and supporting the implementation of social welfare programs. This full-time position offers a competitive salary range of IDR 8,000,000 to IDR 12,000,000 per month, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Responsibility
- Manage and coordinate daily administrative operations, including correspondence, filing, and documentation.
- Prepare and process official reports, memos, and other administrative documents in compliance with government standards.
- Assist in budget preparation, monitoring, and financial reporting for departmental activities.
- Organize and maintain office records, ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and accessibility.
- Coordinate meetings, conferences, and events, including logistics, scheduling, and minute-taking.
- Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders to facilitate smooth communication and workflow.
- Implement and monitor office policies, procedures, and workflows to enhance efficiency.
- Provide administrative support to senior staff, including travel arrangements and expense management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Public Administration, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in administrative roles, preferably in a government or NGO setting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and office management software.
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Knowledge of government administrative procedures and regulations is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- High level of integrity, discretion, and attention to detail.
