Responsibility
- Process and record daily financial transactions, including cash, checks, and electronic payments, with accuracy and efficiency.
- Maintain and reconcile cash registers, ensuring all discrepancies are promptly addressed and resolved.
- Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly financial reports to management for review and analysis.
- Assist in the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and financial statements to support organizational planning.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience for all stakeholders.
- Collaborate with internal departments to streamline administrative processes and improve operational efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, financial regulations, and local laws governing cash handling and record-keeping.
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned, including filing, data entry, and document management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in cash handling, accounting, or administrative roles.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with financial software or ERP systems.
- Strong numerical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to identify and resolve discrepancies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with colleagues and clients.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance standards in Indonesia is a plus.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional languages are an advantage.
