Responsibility
- Manage day-to-day administrative operations, including correspondence, filing, and office supply coordination.

- Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and ensure accurate minute-taking and follow-up actions.
- Maintain and update internal databases, records, and documentation with high accuracy.
- Liaise with internal teams, vendors, and clients to facilitate smooth communication and operations.
- Prepare and distribute reports, presentations, and other business documents as required.
- Monitor office budgets and assist in cost-control measures to optimize resources.

Qualifications
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in administrative, office support, or financial coordination roles.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and office management software.
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
