Responsibility
- Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, letters, and phone calls.
- Maintain and organize office files, documents, and records in both digital and physical formats.
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for staff and management.
- Prepare and edit reports, presentations, and other business documents.
- Assist in the preparation of payroll, invoices, and expense reports.
- Order and manage office supplies, ensuring inventory is well-stocked.
- Greet and assist visitors, clients, and employees with professionalism and courtesy.
- Perform general clerical duties such as data entry, photocopying, and faxing.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in an administrative or office support role (minimum 1-2 years preferred).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities with attention to detail.
