Responsibility
- Manage and organize office documentation, including filing, data entry, and record-keeping.
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for staff and management.
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, calls, and mail.
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other administrative materials.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.
- Support HR-related tasks such as onboarding, attendance tracking, and employee records.
- Ensure a clean, organized, and professional office environment.
- Provide general administrative support to various departments as required.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in office administration or a related field.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in work.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
- Basic knowledge of office equipment (e.g., printers, scanners, fax machines).
- A proactive attitude and willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
