Responsibility

  • Lead and oversee all administrative, procurement, and logistics operations to ensure seamless support for Philippine Red Cross programs and initiatives.
  • Develop, implement, and monitor administrative policies, procedures, and systems to enhance efficiency and compliance with organizational standards.
  • Manage vendor relationships, negotiate contracts, and oversee procurement processes to secure cost-effective and high-quality goods and services.
  • Coordinate logistics operations, including inventory management, distribution, and transportation, to support field activities and emergency response efforts.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on administrative performance, budget utilization, and operational metrics to senior management.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including finance, human resources, and program departments, to align administrative functions with organizational goals.
  • Ensure compliance with local and international regulations, as well as donor requirements, in all administrative and procurement activities.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements, cost savings, and innovation in administrative and logistics operations.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. A master’s degree is a plus.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in administrative management, procurement, or logistics, preferably in a non-profit, humanitarian, or international organization.
  • Proven track record of leading administrative teams, managing budgets, and implementing process improvements.
  • Strong knowledge of procurement best practices, contract management, and vendor negotiation.
  • Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with ERP or procurement software (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a multicultural and remote environment.
