Responsibility

  • Assist in managing daily office operations, including filing, data entry, and document preparation.
  • Support the coordination of meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for team members.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, calls, and mail.
  • Maintain and organize physical and digital filing systems for easy retrieval.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and other administrative documents as needed.
  • Assist in onboarding new employees by preparing necessary paperwork and materials.
  • Monitor office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary.
  • Provide general support to other departments as required, ensuring seamless collaboration.

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Indonesian.
