Responsibility
- Manage daily administrative tasks, including correspondence, filing, and office organization.
- Assist in HR functions such as recruitment, onboarding, and employee record management.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure efficient workflow and compliance with company policies.
- Handle payroll processing and benefits administration in collaboration with the finance team.
- Maintain confidential employee records and ensure data accuracy.
- Support the implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Assist in organizing training and development programs for staff.
- Provide general support to management and staff as needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Proven experience in administrative or HR roles, preferably in a service-oriented industry.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR software.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Empathetic and professional demeanor in a compassionate work environment.
- Fluency in English and Indonesian; additional languages are a plus.
