Responsibility
- Manage daily administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and document management.
- Coordinate shipping documentation and ensure accuracy in billings and manifests.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for office inquiries and vendor communications.
- Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations for management review.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and coordinate maintenance for office equipment.
- Support logistics operations by tracking shipments and updating relevant databases.
- Ensure compliance with company administrative policies and standard operating procedures.
Qualifications
- Minimum GCE 'O' Level, Diploma in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
- At least 1-2 years of relevant experience in an administrative or office support role, preferably within the shipping or logistics industry.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) is essential.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively in a fast-paced environment.
