Responsibility

  • Process and manage Purchase Orders (PO) and Delivery Orders (DO) efficiently and accurately.
  • Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and internal departments to ensure timely order fulfillment.
  • Maintain and update administrative records, databases, and filing systems.
  • Prepare and distribute reports, invoices, and documentation as required.
  • Monitor inventory levels and liaise with procurement teams to avoid stock shortages.
  • Handle correspondence, emails, and inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
  • Assist in budget tracking and expense reporting for administrative functions.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in administrative, procurement, or office support roles.
