Responsibility
- Process and manage Purchase Orders (PO) and Delivery Orders (DO) efficiently and accurately.
- Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and internal departments to ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Maintain and update administrative records, databases, and filing systems.
- Prepare and distribute reports, invoices, and documentation as required.
- Monitor inventory levels and liaise with procurement teams to avoid stock shortages.
- Handle correspondence, emails, and inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
- Assist in budget tracking and expense reporting for administrative functions.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelorâs degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in administrative, procurement, or office support roles.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and ERP systems.
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in data entry and documentation.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with PO/DO processes and supply chain coordination is a plus.
