Responsibility
- Manage and coordinate daily administrative operations, including document processing, filing, and record-keeping to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Oversee logistics arrangements, such as vendor coordination, inventory tracking, and shipment scheduling, to support seamless business operations.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, industry regulations, and legal requirements, maintaining up-to-date knowledge of compliance standards.
- Liaise with internal departments (e.g., HR, Finance, Sales) to facilitate cross-functional communication and resolve operational bottlenecks.
- Prepare and distribute reports, presentations, and correspondence for senior management, ensuring clarity and professionalism.
- Monitor office supplies and equipment, placing orders and managing budgets to optimize resource allocation.
- Assist in organizing company events, meetings, and travel arrangements, including itinerary planning and expense tracking.
- Implement and improve administrative processes to enhance efficiency, productivity, and cost-effectiveness.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field; equivalent experience will also be considered.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in an administrative, operations, or office support role, preferably in a corporate or marketing environment.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with ERP or CRM systems.
- Excellent organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks in a deadline-driven environment.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English; knowledge of Indonesian (Bahasa) is a plus.
- Detail-oriented mindset with a high degree of accuracy and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team, demonstrating adaptability and resilience.
- Familiarity with compliance frameworks, data privacy laws, or industry-specific regulations is advantageous.
