Responsibility
- Oversee daily administrative operations, including office supply management, mail handling, and document filing systems.
- Coordinate facilities maintenance, vendor contracts, and office space optimization to ensure a safe and functional workspace.
- Manage scheduling, meetings, and travel arrangements for senior management and teams.
- Develop and implement efficient administrative processes to streamline workflows and improve productivity.
- Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders to facilitate smooth communication and operations.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence to support decision-making and compliance.
- Monitor and maintain office equipment, ensuring all systems are operational and up-to-date.
- Assist in budget preparation and expense tracking for administrative and facilities-related expenditures.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in administrative, office management, or facilities coordination roles.
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills with a high attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and office management software.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Experience in vendor management, contract negotiation, and facilities maintenance is a plus.
- Knowledge of basic HR administrative tasks and compliance requirements is advantageous.
