Responsibility

  • Manage front desk operations, including greeting visitors, handling inquiries, and directing calls/emails to appropriate departments.
  • Process payroll accurately and on time, ensuring compliance with local labor laws and company policies.
  • Oversee office administration tasks, including filing, documentation, and supply inventory management.
  • Provide procurement support by sourcing vendors, negotiating contracts, and tracking orders for office supplies and equipment.
  • Coordinate daily operations, including scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and ensuring follow-up actions are completed.
  • Assist with HR-related tasks such as onboarding new employees, maintaining personnel records, and managing leave requests.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence for senior management as required.

Qualifications

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in administrative, office support, or front desk roles.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and office management software.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English (written and verbal).
