Responsibility
- Manage and process invoices, ensuring timely and accurate billing for clients and vendors.
- Track and reconcile payments, maintaining up-to-date financial records and resolving discrepancies.
- Prepare and organize project documentation, including contracts, proposals, and reports, ensuring compliance with company standards.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to facilitate smooth project execution and communication.
- Maintain and update administrative databases, ensuring data integrity and easy retrieval of information.
- Assist in the preparation of financial reports and budgets, providing support to the finance team as needed.
- Implement and monitor administrative SOPs, suggesting improvements for efficiency and effectiveness.
- Handle general office duties, including correspondence, scheduling, and supply management.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- Proven experience in an administrative or executive support role, preferably in a consulting or design firm.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and accounting software.
