Responsibility
- Manage and coordinate executive schedules, meetings, and appointments to ensure optimal time management.
- Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including emails, calls, and correspondence, with professionalism and discretion.
- Prepare and edit reports, presentations, and documents with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Oversee office operations, including supply management, vendor coordination, and facility maintenance.

Qualifications
