Responsibility
- Manage daily administrative tasks, including correspondence, scheduling, and document preparation to ensure seamless office operations.
- Oversee e-commerce platforms, including product listings, inventory updates, and order processing to enhance customer experience.
- Coordinate with internal teams (e.g., marketing, logistics) to streamline workflows and resolve operational bottlenecks.
- Monitor and analyze e-commerce performance metrics, providing insights to improve sales and user engagement.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints related to online orders, ensuring timely and professional resolutions.
- Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems for easy retrieval of business records.
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other business documents for management review.
- Support ad-hoc projects and initiatives to drive business growth and operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Proven experience in administrative support, office management, or e-commerce operations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, WooCommerce, Lazada, Shopee) and basic digital marketing tools.
- Strong organizational, time-management, and multitasking abilities with keen attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Basic knowledge of inventory management and CRM systems is a plus.
