Your expertise in creating and reviewing SPK (Surat Perjanjian Kerja) documents, calculating quantities, and validating artwork layouts will be critical to maintaining operational efficiency and accuracy.

Responsibility

  • Manage and process incoming Purchase Orders (POs) and ensure timely acknowledgment and fulfillment.
  • Oversee and coordinate project order execution, including tracking deadlines, deliveries, and client requirements.
  • Prepare and verify SPK (Work Agreement) documents, ensuring accuracy in quantity, specifications, and pricing.
  • Develop and review artwork layouts for compliance with client briefs and brand guidelines.
  • Liaise with internal departments (e.g., production, logistics) and external stakeholders to resolve discrepancies or delays.
  • Maintain meticulous records of orders, shipments, and communications for auditing and reporting purposes.
  • Assist in generating reports on project status, order volumes, and performance metrics.
  • Provide administrative support to the team, including scheduling, documentation, and correspondence.

Qualifications

  • Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (1-3 years) in administrative, order management, or project coordination roles.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and familiarity with ERP or order management systems.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic understanding of supply chain logistics and procurement processes is a plus.
  • Fluency in English and Indonesian (written and verbal).
