Responsibility
- Coordinate daily administrative tasks, including scheduling, correspondence, and document management.
- Assist in organizing meetings, events, and travel arrangements for team members.
- Maintain accurate records and databases to ensure smooth office operations.
- Liaise with internal teams and external partners to facilitate communication and workflow.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other business documents as needed.
- Provide general support to managers and staff, including handling inquiries and resolving issues.
- Monitor office supplies and place orders to ensure availability of necessary resources.
- Assist in onboarding new employees and coordinating training sessions.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic knowledge of office equipment and administrative procedures.
- A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
- Previous internship or entry-level experience in an administrative role is a plus.
