Responsibility
- Coordinate and provide administrative support for daily operations, ensuring smooth workflow and communication across departments.
- Assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of projects, including tracking timelines, resources, and deliverables.
- Manage and organize company documentation, records, and databases to ensure accuracy and accessibility.
- Liaise with internal teams, clients, and vendors to facilitate effective communication and resolve administrative inquiries.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence for management and stakeholders.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for team members.
- Monitor office supplies, equipment, and inventory, and coordinate procurement as needed.
- Implement and improve administrative processes to enhance efficiency and productivity.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in administrative coordination, office support, or project assistance.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in data entry and documentation.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team setting.
- Experience with project management tools (e.g., Trello, Asana) or ERP systems is a plus.
