Responsibility

  • Manage and maintain accurate filing systems, both digital and physical, for company documents and records.
  • Process and distribute incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, letters, and internal memos.
  • Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other administrative documents as required.
  • Coordinate office supplies inventory, placing orders and ensuring adequate stock levels.
  • Handle basic bookkeeping tasks, including expense tracking and invoice processing.
  • Schedule and organize meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for staff.
  • Provide general support to other departments, including data entry and document preparation.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in all administrative tasks.

Qualifications

  • Minimum SPM certificate or equivalent qualification in any field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in an administrative or clerical role (fresh graduates with strong organizational skills are encouraged to apply).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic office equipment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
