Responsibility
- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming stock deliveries against purchase orders and invoices.
- Accurately record and update inventory movements in digital or physical ledgers.
- Issue official receipts and documentation for all inventory transactions, ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate with procurement teams to prevent shortages or excesses.
- Organize and maintain a secure, well-labeled storage system for all office and operational supplies.
- Prepare regular inventory reports and present findings to management for decision-making.
- Assist in auditing inventory to resolve discrepancies and improve tracking processes.
- Provide administrative support, including filing, data entry, and correspondence related to inventory and office operations.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in administrative support, inventory management, or office coordination.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and inventory management software.
- Strong organizational skills with a meticulous approach to record-keeping and documentation.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles or supply chain processes is a plus.
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or related fields is preferred.
- Familiarity with Bali’s business landscape and local regulations is advantageous.
