Responsibility

  • Process and manage sales demo personnel requirements, ensuring timely and accurate fulfillment.
  • Utilize internal systems (e.g., HRIS, CRM) to track, update, and report on administrative tasks.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to streamline workflows and improve operational efficiency.
  • Maintain organized filing systems (digital and physical) for easy retrieval of documents.
  • Prepare and distribute internal communications, memos, and reports as needed.
  • Assist in scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for team members.
  • Monitor inventory of office supplies and place orders to ensure availability.
  • Provide general clerical support, including data entry, photocopying, and scanning.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in an administrative or office support role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
  • Experience with HRIS, CRM, or other business management systems is a plus.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to multitask.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
