Responsibility
- Manage and organize project documentation, ensuring accuracy, accessibility, and compliance with company and regulatory standards.
- Coordinate schedules, meetings, and deadlines for project teams, including preparation of agendas, minutes, and follow-up actions.
- Develop and maintain tracking systems for project milestones, deliverables, and resource allocation.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate smooth communication and resolve administrative queries.
- Prepare and distribute reports, presentations, and correspondence related to Telecom IBS projects.
- Ensure all administrative processes adhere to audit-ready compliance standards and company policies.
- Assist in the onboarding of new team members, including setup of workstations, access permissions, and orientation materials.
- Monitor office supplies and equipment, coordinating procurement and maintenance as needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative or office support role, preferably in the telecom or IT industry.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello).
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in documentation and reporting.
- Experience with compliance and audit processes is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
